Shipping Policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders at SAGAX are individually crafted upon order to maintain our high-quality standards. Please allow up to 5 business days for production and processing before your order is despatched. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package is on its way.

2. SHIPPING METHODS

We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) and select European destinations. Orders are despatched via Royal Mail or trusted courier partners to ensure the safe delivery of our heavyweight garments.

3. SHIPPING COSTS & THRESHOLDS

  • United Kingdom: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free UK Shipping is available for orders over £90.

  • European Shipping: For all orders outside the UK (Europe), shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and parcel weight. Free shipping thresholds do not apply to European destinations.

4. DELIVERY TIMES

  • UK Standard: 3-5 business days from despatch.

  • Europe: 7-14 business days depending on the destination and local customs processing.

  • Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates. SAGAX is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or postal strikes.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking reference. You can use this reference to monitor your parcel’s progress on the respective courier’s website.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

For orders shipped to European destinations outside the UK, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or local clearance fees required by the destination country.

7. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at contact@sagaxstore.co.uk with your order number and tracking reference. We will investigate with the courier to resolve the issue.
