Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. CONSUMER RIGHTS

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and return your items for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.

2. RETURN WINDOW

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. This timeframe applies to the following reasons:

  • You have changed your mind (Right to Cancel).

  • The item does not match the description on our website.

  • The item is faulty or damaged due to manufacturing defects.

  • The incorrect size or item was received.

3. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition:

  • Unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.

  • Original packaging and all labels intact.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • We reserve the right to deduct a diminished value fee or refuse a refund if the items are returned in a non-resellable condition.

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@sagaxstore.co.uk.

  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. If the item is faulty, please attach clear photos of the damage.

  4. We will provide you with a Return Authorisation and instructions on where to send your package.

5. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: SAGAX will provide a pre-paid return label.

  • Change of Mind or Size Exchange: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

6. REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Verification typically takes 5-7 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Original Shipping Costs: Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect goods.

  • Free Shipping Threshold (UK Only): If a UK order qualified for Free Shipping (over £90) and a partial return brings the total order value below the £90 threshold, we reserve the right to deduct the standard shipping cost from your refund. European orders are subject to standard shipping charges regardless of order value, and these charges are non-refundable.

7. EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process. Once the original item is received and inspected, we will despatch your replacement. Note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
