1. ORDER PROCESS

At SAGAX, each piece is individually crafted upon order to ensure high-quality standards and the premium finish of our garments. Production begins shortly after an order is placed.

2. CANCELLATION WINDOW

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of order placement. Requests are processed during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT).

3. PRODUCTION STATUS

Once the production process has commenced, we may not be able to stop the internal workflow immediately. If a cancellation is requested after the 24-hour window but before despatch, please contact us at contact@sagaxstore.co.uk to check the status of your order.

4. HOW TO REQUEST CANCELLATION

To request a cancellation, customers must contact us at:

  • Subject Line: Include your order number and "Cancellation Request".

5. REFUND PROCESSING

Upon approval of your cancellation request (before the order has been despatched), a full refund, including any shipping costs paid, will be issued within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

6. DESPATCHED ORDERS

Orders that have already been despatched cannot be cancelled. In these cases, the order is subject to our Shipping Policy, and you must follow our Returns & Exchanges Policy once the item arrives. Please note that in these instances, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
