Payment Terms
1. Accepted Payment Methods
SAGAX accepts the following payment methods for purchases on our website:

2. Payment Processing
When you place an order, payment is authorised immediately upon checkout. Payment will be processed to your card, digital wallet, or payment provider within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirmation once payment has been successfully processed.
3. Currency
All prices displayed on www.sagaxstore.co.uk are in British pounds (GBP). Payment will be charged in GBP. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees if you are paying from a different currency.
4. Billing Address
You must provide a valid billing address that matches the address registered with your payment method. Mismatched billing and card details may result in payment failure or order cancellation. SAGAX is not responsible for payment failures due to incorrect information provided by you.
5. Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed securely using industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS). We do not store full credit card details on our servers. Payment processing is handled by:

· Third-party payment gateways certified to PCI-DSS standards
Your payment information is protected in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.
6. Failed Payments
If your payment is declined or fails:
· You will receive an email notification immediately
· Your order will not be processed
· You can retry payment with alternative details
· Contact your bank or payment provider to resolve issues
SAGAX will attempt payment once. If it fails, you must resubmit payment manually. We will not charge you multiple times for a single failed transaction.
7. Duplicate Charges
If you are charged twice for a single order due to a system error, please contact us immediately at:

Provide your order number and payment confirmation. We will investigate and process a refund for the duplicate charge within 5-10 business days.
8. Refund Processing Times by Payment Method
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within the following timeframes:
· Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
· PayPal: 5-10 business days
· Klarna: Refund processed immediately to your Klarna account
· Google Pay: 5-10 business days
· Apple Pay: 5-10 business days
Processing times depend on your financial institution. Some banks may take additional time to credit refunds to your account.
9. Klarna Payment Plans
If you choose to pay via Klarna, you will enter into a separate payment agreement with Klarna AB. Please review Klarna's terms and conditions before checkout. SAGAX is not responsible for Klarna's service, fees, or payment defaults.
Late Klarna payments may result in additional fees or credit score impacts. For Klarna-related issues, contact Klarna directly.
10. Digital Wallet Payments (Apple Pay & Google Pay)
Payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay are processed securely through your device. Your payment details are encrypted and tokenised. SAGAX does not receive or store your card details. For issues with digital wallet payments, contact your bank or Apple/Google support.
11. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge or file a chargeback with your bank:
· Provide evidence of the disputed transaction

· Include your order number and reason for dispute
We will cooperate with your bank's investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action and account suspension.
12. Fraudulent Payments
SAGAX uses fraud detection systems to prevent unauthorised transactions. If we suspect fraudulent activity:
· Your order may be cancelled
· Your account may be suspended
· Your payment details may be reported to relevant authorities
13. Price Adjustments
If we correct a pricing error on our website, you will be notified immediately. If you have already been charged an incorrect price, we will:
· Charge the correct amount if undercharged
· Process a refund if overcharged
· Contact you before processing any adjustment
14. Tax & VAT
All prices displayed on our website include VAT at the current applicable rate (20%). VAT will be charged on all UK orders. Non-UK customers may be subject to different tax rates depending on their location.
